Mr. Andrew Jackson Millsaps, Jr. age 51 the husband of Norma Millsaps of Berea, Kentucky and formerly of Laurel County passed away Friday morning at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. He was the father Andrew Millsaps, Billy Johnson and Virgil Roy Millsaps all of Berea, Kentucky, Ronnie Scott, Sherry Millsaps, Andrea Bays, Rose Millsaps and Donna Scott all of Barbourville, Kentucky. He was the son of Marcella Barton of Corbin, Kentucky. He was also blessed with five sisters and three brothers. The family of Mr. Andrew Jackson Millsaps has requested that all services be private.
