Mrs. Betty Geneva Wilson, age 82, the wife of the late Melvin Leonard Wilson of Corbin, Kentucky passed away on Thursday morning at the Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin, Kentucky. She was the mother of Patricia Ruth Nalley and husband, William of Corbin, Kentucky and Timmy Wilson of Milton, Florida. She was the sister of Wilma Edgmond of Dothan, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Betty Rae Jones, by one son, Leonard Gene Wilson and by one daughter, Tammy Whitworth. She was blessed with seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She attended the Hopewell Baptist Church of Corbin, Kentucky. The family of Mrs. Betty Geneva Wilson has chosen cremation. Memorial services will be announced at a later date. Laurel Funeral Home is honored to be of service to the Wilson family.
