Mr. Harold Woods, age 85, The husband of Faylene Woods of Davenport Lane, Lily Kentucky passed away on Friday morning at his residence.  He was the father of Michael Woods of Lily, Kentucky, Brenda Mills and Freda North both of Corbin, Kentucky, Carol Nevels of Whitley City, Kentucky, Teresa Mahar of London, Kentucky and Joy Fields of Leesville, South Carolina. He was the brother of Raymond Woods of Covington, Kentucky, Walter Woods, Jr. of Dry Ridge, Kentucky and Iva Kelly of Indiana. The family of Mr. Harold Woods has requested that all services be private. Burial will be at the Helton - Davenport Cemetery in Gray, Kentucky.
