Mr. Harry Jones, age 66 of Kentucky Highway 1232, Corbin, Kentucky passed away on Friday afternoon at the Lafollette Medical Center in Lafollette, Tennessee. He was the father of Preston Jones of Louisville, Kentucky, Leslie Edwards and Fiancé, Aaron Goodin and Lela Jones Mason all of Corbin, Kentucky and Lisa Jones Cubero and husband, Tony of Tampa, Florida and Tracy Callahan of London, Kentucky. He was the brother of Freddie Jones, Moses Jones, Roscoe Jones and Laura Couch all of Corbin, Kentucky and Hazel Boscaino of London, Kentucky. He was the grandfather of Travis Mason of Corbin, Kentucky, Eric Edwards and wife, Ashley of Keavy, Kentucky, Anthony Cubero and wife, Stacy of Tampa, Florida, Justin Cubero of Tampa, Florida, Nicholas Edwards of Corbin, Kentucky, Sierra Jones of Corbin, Kentucky, AmberLynn Short and husband, Jesse of Tampa, Florida and Erica Edwards of Corbin, Kentucky. He was also blessed with ten great-grandchildren. He was of the Pentecostal faith and attended New Hope Ministries Church of God in Corbin, Kentucky but grew up in church at Dorthae Pentecostal Church in Corbin, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dishman L. Jones and Mary Jane Collinsworth by one brother, James Lee Jones, by one sister, Molly Sue Jones and by two grandsons, Andrew Jackson Cubero and Austin Michael Cubero. Funeral services for Mr. Harry Jones will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon in the Laurel Funeral Home chapel with Pastor Mike Addison officiating. Burial will follow in the Calvary Cemetery in Corbin, Kentucky. The family of Mr. Harry Jones will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Laurel Funeral Home.
