Mrs. Marilyn Johnson, age 78 the wife of the late Curtis Johnson of Adkins Street, Corbin, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday evening at the Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin, Kentucky. She was the mother of Pamela Diane Palermo of Shawnee, Kansas and Laura Elise Lutz of Greenwood, South Carolina. She was blessed with ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren, plus a host of other relatives, church family and friends to mourn her passing. A Celebration of Life Gathering for Mrs. Marilyn Johnson will  be on Friday evening from  6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the family room at Laurel Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request memorial contribution be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  Laurel Funeral Home is honored to be of service to the Johnson family.
