Mrs. Ruby Victoria Napier, age 82, the wife of Charlie Napier of Strunk Road, Corbin, Kentucky passed away on Monday afternoon at her residence. She was the mother of Lou Helen Vanover and husband, Russell and Jimmy Darrell Napier all of London, Kentucky, Charlie Napier, Jr.  and Teddy Wayne Napier and fiancé, Amy Smallwood all of Corbin, Kentucky, Debbie Roberts and husband, Gary of Hyden, Kentucky , Cathy Valentine and fiancé, Gary Nantz of Jacksonville, Florida, Karen Napier and husband, Preston of Middleburg, Florida and Teresa Campbell and husband, Eddie of Ozark, Missouri. She was the sister of Paul Baker and wife, Elsie and Silas Baker and wife, Rosemary all of London, Kentucky and Kathy Jordan and husband, Steve of Jacksboro, Tennesee. She was also blessed with thirty grandchildren, sixty great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Dorthae Pentecostal Church. Funeral services for Mrs. Ruby Victoria Napier will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon in Laurel Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Marlow Napier and Bro. Paul Baker officiating. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery in Keavy, Kentucky. The family of Mrs. Ruby Victoria Napier will receive friends at Laurel Funeral Home on Thursday afternoon from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.  Laurel Funeral Home is honored to be of service to the Napier family.
