Ms. Alvina Denise Kelsay Loomis Black, age 61, of Engineer Street, Corbin, Kentucky passed away Saturday at the Barbourville Health & Rehabilitation Center in Barbourville, Kentucky. She was the mother of Brian Loomis of Corbin, Kentucky and Dawn Loomis of Somerset, Kentucky. She was the sister of Mark Kelsay and Alvin Kelsay both of Florida and Robbie Kelsay of Ohio. Graveside services and burial for Ms. Alvina Denise Kelsay Loomis Black will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Monday morning in the Pine Hill Cemetery in Corbin, Kentucky with Ronnie Watkins officiating.
