Funeral Information
Ms. Anne LaCusta Polenz, age 98 of Holly Grove Road, Corbin, Kentucky the wife of the late, Arnold George Polenz passed away on Friday morning at the Williamsburg Health & Rehabilitation Center in Williamsburg, Kentucky.
She was the mother of Betty Fields and husband, Barry of Corbin, Kentucky and Barbara Mitchell and husband, Mark of Dearborn Heights, Michigan. She was also blessed with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. She of the Methodist faith and attended the Grace on the Hill United Methodist Church in Corbin, Kentucky.
Besides her husband she was also was preceded in death by her parents, Alex and Barbara Kuchman LaCusta and by one brother, Mike LaCusta.
Following the wishes of Ms. Anne LaCusta Polenz, the family has chosen cremation. Burial will be at a later date in the Mount Hope Memorial Gardens in Livonia, Michigan. No formal services are planned at this time.
