Catherine J. (Soper) Westerfield

Ms. Catherine J. Westerfield, age 76 wife of the late Garry Westerfield of Ruby Street, Corbin, Kentucky passed away on Thursday afternoon at the Heritage Nursing Home in Corbin, Kentucky.

She was the mother of Zachery Duane Westerfield and wife, Morgan of London, Kentucky and Stephanie Lynn Helton of Corbin, Kentucky. She was the sister of Sharon Crawford of Corbin, Kentucky.

 She was also blessed with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. She was of the Pentecostal faith.

Besides her husband, she is also preceded in death by her parents, Robert Soper, Jr. and Opal Cowden and by two sisters, Sheila Cowden and Phyllis Cowden.

Graveside services and burial for Ms. Catherine J. Westerfield will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon at the Worley Cemetery in Corbin, Kentucky with Pastor Billy Evans officiating. There will be NO VISITATION.

In lieu of flowers the family has respectfully requested that memorial donations be made to the Dorthae Pentecostal Church, 2381 N. Hwy 1223, Corbin, Kentucky 40701.
