Donna Helen (Jackson) Blanton

Mrs. Donna Helen Jackson Blanton, age 87 wife of the late Howard Blanton of North Stewart Road, Corbin, Kentucky passed away on Sunday morning at her residence. She was the Mother of Glen Napier and wife, Sharon of Miamisburg, Ohio, Mark Napier and Barbara Napier both of Keavy, Kentucky, Kimber Riley of Corbin, Kentucky and Charlotte Fields of Somerset, Kentucky. She was the sister of Faye Price and Barbara Sue Brown both of Dayton, Ohio and Ruby Baker of Harlan, Kentucky. She was also survived by a special friend, Richard Moore of London, Kentucky.

Besides her husband, she was also preceded in death by her parents, Andrew Jackson and Alifare Wilson, by one infant son, Ulas Clark Napier, by four brothers, Johnny Jackson, George Jackson, Fred Jackson and Alonzo Jackson, by one sister, Ora Branson, by one grandson, Joseph Riley and by two great-great-grandkids, Luke Riley and Jessica Wright.

She was a scale house operator for the Eastover Mining Company and a member of the Teetersville Pentecostal Church of God.

Due to the ongoing public health risks, the family has requested that all services be private, but they do appreciate your prayers and sincere thoughts during this difficult time. Burial will be in the Locust Grove Cemetery in Keavy, Kentucky.
