Elzie Lloyd Nicely

Mr. Elzie Lloyd Nicely, age 90, husband of Joyce Woodward Bellou Nicely of Harrodsburg, Kentucky and formerly of London, Kentucky passed away on Sunday at the Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester, Kentucky.

He was the father of Daniel Nicely and wife, Joan of Louisville, Kentucky and Pamela McIntosh and husband, Doug of Richmond, Kentucky. He was the brother of Wanda Powell and Jewel Rouse both of Harlan, Kentucky. He was also blessed with a host of other relatives, church family & friends to mourn his passing.

 He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force, a Kentucky Colonel and a member of the Shawnee Run Baptist Church in Harrodsburg, Kentucky.

 A PRIVATE Graveside Service with Military Honors will be conducted at the McHargue Cemetery in Lily, Kentucky.

In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests memorial contributions be made to the Shawnee Run Baptist Church Building Fund, 1490 Shakertown Road, Harrodsburg, Kentucky 40330 and/or Red House Baptist Church Building Fund, 2301 Red House Road, Richmond, Kentucky 40475.
