Evelyn Ann (Mullins) McHargue

Ms. Evelyn Ann Mullins McHargue, age 75 of Holly Grove Road, Keavy, Kentucky, the wife of the late, Robert McHargue, Jr. passed away on Wednesday morning, October 28th 2020 at the Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin, Kentucky.

She was the mother of Robert McHargue and Lois Saylor and husband, Jeff all of London, Kentucky, Carl McHargue, Darrell McHargue and Vivian Sue Proffitt and husband, Marvin all of Keavy, Kentucky and Sharon Byers of Corbin, Kentucky. She was the sister of Janet Eaton of Corbin, Kentucky. She was the grandmother of Ashley McHargue, Israel Saylor and Robert Alex McHargue all of London, Kentucky, Dakota Proffitt of Keavy, Kentucky, Robert Askins of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Olivia Tipton of Hendersonville, Tennessee and Christopher Askins of Pioneer, Tennessee. Besides her husband she is also preceded in death by her parents, Albert Raymond and Anna Langdon Mullins. She was of the Holiness faith and attended the Dorthae Pentecostal Church in Corbin, Kentucky. 

Funeral services for Ms. Evelyn Ann Mullins McHargue will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 2nd 2021 in Laurel Funeral Home chapel with Bro. Jerome Cox, Bro. Sammie Trosper and Bro. Billy Evans officiating. Burial will follow in the Felts Chapel Cemetery, Bertha McHargue Family Section in Corbin, Kentucky. The family of Ms. Evelyn Ann Mullins McHargue will receive friends at Laurel Funeral Home on Saturday, January 2nd 2021 from 12:00 Noon until the funeral hour of 1:00 p.m.
