Hubert Leland Phelps

Mr. Hubert Leland Phelps, age 82 of Hart Road, Corbin, Kentucky passed away on Monday evening at his residence. He was the father of Jimmy Dale Phelps and wife, Nina of Corbin, Kentucky. He was the brother of Kenneth Phelps and wife, Judy of Corbin, Kentucky and Loretta McDaniel and husband, Carestil of Greenville, South Carolina. Funeral services for Mr. Hubert Leland Phelps will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon in the Laurel Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Bobby Joe Eaton officiating. Burial will follow in the Monhollen Cemetery in Corbin, Kentucky. The family of Mr. Hubert Leland Phelps will receive friends at Laurel Funeral Home on Friday from 12:00 Noon until the funeral hour of 1:00 p.m. Laurel Funeral Home is honored to be of service to the Phelps family.
