Mr. Kenny Thomas, Jr. age 48 of Oak Ridge Church Road, Corbin, Kentucky husband of the late Laura Shelton Thomas passed away on Sunday morning at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, Kentucky.
He was the father of Katie Wilson and husband, Randy of Barbourville, Kentucky and Olivia Thomas of Corbin, Kentucky. He was the son of, Kennie Thomas of Toledo, Ohio. He was the Fiancée of Tammy Strunk of Nancy, Kentucky. He was the grandfather of Aubrey & Audrey Wilson and a upcoming grandchild all of Barbourville and Eriah, Dawson, Braydon and Aleah Wagers all of Corbin, Kentucky. He was the brother of Jason Thomas, Mike Thomas, Adam Thomas and Amber Thomas all of Toledo, Ohio. He is also survived by his best friend that he loved as brother, Eddie Sparks of Simpsonville, Kentucky.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Peggy Elaine Wood. He was a Christian and a member of the American Legion and had a strong love for Harley-Davidson Motorcycles.
Funeral services for Mr. Kenny Thomas, Jr. will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon in Laurel Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Travis Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the Cumberland Memorial Garden’s in Lily, Kentucky. The family of Mr. Kenny Thomas, Jr. will receive friends at Laurel Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday evening.
Pallbearers will be Amber Thomas, Mike Thomas, Adam Thomas, Jason Thomas, Eddie Sparks and Jim Davis.
