Ms. Kyla McLain, age 64 of Hemlock Lane, London, Kentucky passed away on Thursday morning at her residence. She was the mother of Dock Hodge, Jr. and wife, Brittney of London, Kentucky and Brenda Isaacs and husband, James of McKee, Kentucky. She was the sister of Donnie McLain and wife, Brenda of Jonesville, Virginia, Scotty McLain and wife, Kathy of Beaver Dam, Kentucky, Gary McLain and wife, Mossie of Harlan, Kentucky, Earl McLain of Lexington, Kentucky, Gladys Burchette, Barbara Jean McLain, Judy McLain and Rhonda McLain all of Corbin, Kentucky and Shirley Painter of Dalton, Georgia. Funeral services for Ms. Kyla McLain will be conducted on Sunday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. in the Laurel Funeral Home chapel with Bro. Basil Holder officiating. Burial will follow in the McHargue Cemetery in Lily, Kentucky. The family of Ms. Kyla McLain will receive friends on Saturday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Laurel Funeral Home.
