Mr. Noble Ray Mahan, age 83 of Commonwealth Avenue, Corbin, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday morning at the Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin, Kentucky.
He was the brother of Gene Mahan and Troy Mahan both of Corbin, Kentucky. He was the uncle of Karen Garland, Rebecca Stewart, Elizabeth Stewart, Rachael Witkoski, Tammy Jones, Timothy Mahan, Christopher Mahan and Michael Mahan all of Corbin, Kentucky, Michael Ellis of Seymour, Indiana and Kristy Webb of Richmond, Kentucky. He was also blessed with a host of other relatives and friends to morn his passing.
He was of the Baptist faith and a veteran of the United States Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Stella Mae Jones Mahan.
Funeral services for Mr. Noble Ray Mahan will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon in the Laurel Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Allen Evans officiating. Burial will follow in the Hopkins Cemetery in Lily, Kentucky with the local D.A.V. in charge of Military Honors. The family of Mr. Noble Ray Mahan will receive friends at Laurel Funeral Home after 12:00 Noon until the funeral hour of 2:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon.
Pallbearers will be Chris Mahan, Ryan Mahan, Derrek Mahan, Jordan Smith and Chandler Stewart.
