Pamela Young Watkins age 67 of Barbourville, Kentucky passed away at 2:00 p.m. on Friday August 20th 2021 at the Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. Pamela was the daughter of the late Truman and Elnoro Louise Young. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Trula Ann Centers. Pamela is survived by her fiancé Elvin Sonny Chappell, her daughter Jamie and husband David Scott of Barbourville, her two grandchildren Nathaniel Joe Watkins and Tori Louise Scott. There will be no services per the request of Pamela.
