Pastor Paul Emerson Tedder

 Pastor Paul Emerson Tedder, 79 of Middlesex, North Carolina passed away Friday. His funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Rocky Mount Memorial Park, Rocky Mount. The Rev. David Whitley and Rev. LaVon Phillips will officiate. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 – 8 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

Pastor Tedder is survived by his loving wife, Candy Tedder of the home; daughters, Beth Tedder Siko and husband, Augustus Jr. of Middlesex, and Karen Tedder Gabbard and husband, Jason of Sims; grandchildren, Nathaniel Pearson, Hannah Pearson, Shanna Gabbard, Selah Gabbard, Joyana Gabbard, Josiah Gabbard and Judah Gabbard, and his sisters, Jeri Joyner and husband, Alvin of Rocky Mount, Mary Jane Williams and husband, Wayne of Greenville, and Judy Lowdermilk and husband, Homer of Georgia. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Bessie Thomas Tedder; sisters, Wanda Nobles, and Darlene Hagerbuch, and his brothers, Ralph Tedder, Jr., and David Tedder.
