Ms. Roberta Mae Spencer Newby, age 81 of Indianapolis, Indiana and formerly of Corbin, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday at the Community Hospital - South in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was the mother of Clinton Spencer and wife, Dee of Indianapolis, Indiana and Tommy Spencer and wife, Vicky of Corbin, Kentucky. Funeral services for Ms. Roberta Mae Spencer Newby will be private by request of the family followed by cremation. Laurel Funeral Home is honored to be of service to the Spencer & Newby families.
