Mr. Steve Lewis, age 84 husband of the late Barbara Faye Saylor Lewis of Lily, Kentucky passed away on Sunday morning at Physicians Regional Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. The family of Mr. Steve Lewis has requested that all services be PRIVATE. Burial will follow in the Pine Hill Cemetery in Corbin, Kentucky. Laurel Funeral Home is honored to be of service to the Lewis family.
