Funeral Information
Mr. Thomas Wayne Chadwick, age 60, husband of Brenda Lee Baker Chadwick of Holly Grove Road, Corbin, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday morning at his residence.
He was the son of Viola Saylor Moore of Keavy, Kentucky. He was the brother of Mary Martin and husband, Fred and Sharon Brock and husband, Danny all of Keavy, Kentucky and Rosanna Baker and husband, Randall of Gray, Kentucky.
He was also blessed with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. He was of the Pentecostal faith and previously worked for Aisin Automotive in Lily, Kentucky.
He was preceded in death by his father Harold Thomas Chadwick and by one sister, Fannie Ridener.
The family of Mr. Thomas Wayne Chadwick has requested that all services be PRIVATE. Burial will follow in the Martin Cemetery in Keavy, Kentucky.
