Viola (Saylor) Moore

Ms. Viola Saylor Moore, age 79 of Keck Church Road, Gray, Kentucky passed away on Monday evening at the Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.

She was the mother of Mary Martin and wife, Fred and Sharon Brock and husband, Danny all of London, Kentucky and Rosanna Baker and husband, Randall of Gray, Kentucky. She was the sister of George Saylor and wife, Barbara and Tom Saylor all of Bloomington, Illinois, Ed Saylor and wife, Martha of Corbin, Kentucky and Naomi Smith of Williamsburg, Kentucky.

She was also blessed with eight grandchildren and twenty-five great-grandchildren, plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. She was of the Pentecostal/Holiness faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Moore, by one daughter, Fannie Ridner, by one son, Thomas Chadwick, by her parents, Garfield and Martha Scott Saylor.

Memorial services for Ms. Viola Saylor Moore will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. on Friday evening in the Laurel Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Charles Fisher and Bro. Mark Hendrickson officiating. The family of Ms. Viola Saylor Moore will receive friends at Laurel Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until the funeral hour of 8:00 p.m. on Friday evening.
