Wanda Hazel (Heath) Keith

Mrs. Wanda Hazel Heath Keith, age 80, wife of Coy Keith of Powers Lane, Corbin, Kentucky passed away on Saturday afternoon at the Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin, Kentucky. She was born on February 23rd, 1942 in Worley, Kentucky and raised in Alpine, Kentucky at the McCreary, Pulaski County line.

She was the mother of Diana “Suzy” Campbell of Corbin, Kentucky. She was the sister of Clearance Heath, Mike Heath, Pete Heath and Gene Heath all of Somerset, Kentucky and Faye Clark of Cincinnati, Ohio. She was also blessed with ten grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Plus, a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. She was of the Baptist faith and attended the Northside Baptist Church of Corbin, Kentucky. She had a love of sewing, reading books, cooking, crossword puzzles and playing solitaire. Her favorite color was purple. She absolutely loved when her family visited and seeing her grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer & Hazel McKee Heath, by two sons, Jeff Keith and Doug Keith, by one sister, Linda Barnes and by one brother, Bud Heath.

Funeral services for Mrs. Wanda Hazel Heath Keith will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon in the Laurel Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Brian Heath and Bro. Jessie Keith officiating. The family will receive friends at Laurel Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour of 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Graveside services and burial for Mrs. Wanda Hazel Heath Keith will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon at the Neeley’s Creek Cemetery in Alpine, Kentucky.

Pallbearers will be Billy Sizemore, Jesse Keith, Tanner Keith, J.C. Keith, Braylon Sizemore, Jaxon Sizemore, Jimmy Campbell and Stephanie Campbell.
